Ocean Installer seeks a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Deputy to the VP of Contracts and Procurement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the VP and department managers in fulfilling corporate responsibilities and enhancing departmental efficiency.
- Oversee contract creation, negotiation, and execution to optimize financial and operational performance while mitigating contractual risks.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of legal terms, contract models, and cooperation structures to secure value and align with company objectives.
- Support tenders and projects with Bank Guarantees/Parent Company Guarantee, NDAs, MOUs, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Familiar with standard Contract Terms & Conditions within the Oil and Gas industry, in particular NSC05, LOGIC, BIMCO Supplytime and IMCA, and preferable knowledge of standards within the Offshore wind segment.
