The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, data management, quality control and process optimization while supporting business goals through innovative solutions and teamwork.

The role is ideal for candidates with a law/paralegal background and comfort with structured data and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities Manually review and interpret commercial contracts, SOWs, and related legal documents.

Extract clause-level information into standardized templates.

Validate accuracy of extracted data, resolve ambiguities, and escalate complex/legal issues to the legal or product team.
