About the RoleAker Companies is a real estate ownership and development group executing capital improvement projects across a portfolio of multifamily properties. The Construction & Development team manages renovations and capital projects from RFP through closeout — and as the portfolio has grown, the admin side of contracts, budgets, and accounting reconciliation has outpaced what the project managers can absorb without quality slipping. The Contract Administrator is a new role purpose-built to solve that. You will be the single owner of contract document accuracy, vendor folder filing, contract log integrity, invoice coding to accounting, and reconciliation between the Master Contract Log and Yardi. You don't run projects — Project Managers do that. Your job is to make sure the financial and contractual record of every project is accurate, complete, and audit-ready at all times.
