Contract Administrator | Perth Airport | WA

CELOTTI WORKFORCE  is currently seeking an experienced  Contract Administrator  for our client working on an Airfield Electrical project based in  Perth Airport, WA.

This role will support the delivery of a major airside infrastructure project at Perth Airport, with a key focus on Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL), electrical works, control systems, and commissioning, along with some civil components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain systems for contract administration and general administration duties
• Develop and maintain systems to manage business unit financial and non-financial data
• Ensure compliance with Trade Practices requirements in relation to client's business practices
• Operate within set financial guidelines
• Reconcile and prepare invoices for submission to clients
• Assist with tender development and pricing in accordance with company guidelines
