Job Description

The Contract Administrator perform the following main duties:

· Oversee all contracts and agreements on behalf of the business.

· Preparing, reviewing and maintaining service contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

· Coordinating contract negotiation processes, including reviewing commercial terms, deliverable, timelines and payment clauses

· Draft clear, accurate, and legally compliant contract documents and supporting materials.

· Administering contract variations, extensions and amendments, ensuring all changes must be properly documented and approved

· Liaising with internal departments such as Marketing Specialists, SEO experts, website designers and developers teams to ensure project activities are executed according to contractual terms and budgets.
