In this co-op position, you will support about 30 colleagues by clearing email queues and logging requests. You will also ensure documentation is processed automatically or manually. As a vital member of the Contract Administration team, you will handle inquiries, prepare files for imaging, and maintain relationships with customers and co-workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clear email queues every ten minutes
• Log incoming requests in front-end systems
• Create files and track requests via spreadsheets
• Direct inquiries to appropriate departments
• Alert managers if SLAs are not met
