Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration, beginning in June through December.

The continuous improvement role involves analyzing business and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and implementing changes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
