How You Will Make Contributions That Matter...

The CI Site Lead play a key role in promoting continuous improvement in Saputo Canada operations. The CI Site Lead provides support for the Plant Manager and is responsible for identifying, driving, and sustaining long term improvement in the plant.

The CI Site Lead reports directly to the Plant Manager or, for a large site, can report to a CI Site Manager.
