Elevate operations as a Continuous Improvement Leader with Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls. Focus on driving process enhancements and strategic performance initiatives across the plant.
This role requires strong leadership and experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies. You’ll assess plant performance, identify operational gaps, and create actionable plans to achieve future state goals. Engage with plant staff and leadership to foster effective teamwork and innovation within the enhancements framework of the Johnson Controls Business System.
