Drive continuous improvement initiatives as the Continuous Improvement Site Lead at Saputo in Georgetown, ON. This onsite role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and achieving key performance targets.
As the CI Site Lead, you will support the Plant Manager in identifying, implementing, and sustaining long-term improvements. With a strong emphasis on leadership and operational excellence, you will be responsible for driving initiatives and influencing teams across all levels. Your expertise in CI tools will be essential in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the Saputo Operation Excellence System standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the site ownership of IoTORQ/OEE
• Develop the plant master plan for 3-5 years
• Drive and support small to medium LSS projects
• Monitor and analyze daily production performance
