SF Engineering are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across our established manufacturing client's production team. You will support teams, improve performance, ensure compliance with health and safety standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate and support production teams across multiple workstations
● Monitor performance, operational standards, and production output against plan
● Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, quality, waste,
and processes
● Troubleshoot machinery, material, and operational issues
● Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and operating effectively
● Promote and enforce health & safety procedures, including pre-start checks and near-miss
reporting
