We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader (Internal Job Title is Best Practice Specialist) to join our Brewing Department on a Permanent full-time basis in our Lidcombe brewery. If you're passionate about driving cultural change, building capability, and leading continuous improvement in a dynamic brewery environment – this could be the role for you!


What You’ll Do:

  • Coach and build Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) capability across the brewing department to foster a culture of ownership, loss elimination, and strategic alignment.

  • Lead the development and deployment of Best Practice / TPM tools and work packages to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team engagement.
