As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will spearhead the execution of improvement projects, working closely with process owners to ensure goals are met. Your responsibilities include tracking metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and cost to evaluate project success. You will also facilitate Kaizen workshops, lead root cause problem-solving initiatives, and mentor team members in Lean practices.
