The Continuous Improvement Engineer drives operational excellence by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing process improvements across production operations. The role is accountable for improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance through the application of lean manufacturing principles, data analysis, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
