The role
The Purpose of the Role is to support the development of a sustainable Lean culture by driving the elimination of waste and enabling flow of value to the customer.
The CI Engineer will demonstrate responsibility for the deployment of Lean Thinking across the site, ensuring alignment with the CI Strategy and Global Operational Excellence. 
This role is 100% on site.
Main responsibilities
Create in conjunction with the CI Manager the lean vision for the site and implement the Lean Maturity Index to establish an Operational Centre of excellence.
