Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer who will support the company’s initiatives aimed at achieving Optimal Asset Utilization and Operational Excellence. This role involves challenging existing operational processes and actively identifying and facilitating the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• CI Activities Management
  • Deliver Lean/CI training and facilitate CI tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, problem-solving).
  • Update Value Stream Maps and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead CI campaigns and LIFE programs to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
• Operations Support
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and implement process improvements. ...
