Role Overview
We have an immediate need for a Continuous Improvement & CORE lead at our Midland facility. Reporting to the Associate Director, Operations, the CORE Lead will serve as a key driver for the implementation and execution of RTX’s CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) Operating System. This individual will lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives to optimize performance across the program, product, or process landscape. The candidate will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on quality, cost, and delivery. This position requires a hands‑on and collaborative approach, engaging directly with both employees and management on a daily basis.
