Continuous Improvement & Core Lead

Continuous Improvement & CORE Lead Reporting to the Associate Director, Operations, the CORE Lead is a key driver for the implementation and execution of RTX’s CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) Operating System at the Midland facility. This role leads and facilitates process improvement initiatives to optimize performance across the program, product, or process landscape. The candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on quality, cost, and delivery.

This position requires a hands‑on, collaborative approach, engaging directly with both employees and management on a daily basis. Strong change management skills and the ability to influence and drive improvement across target areas are essential.
