Continuous Improvement Analyst- Transaction Processing

The Continuous Improvement Analyst – Transaction Processing is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing process improvements across transaction processing operations. This role partners closely with business lines, technology teams, and operations leaders to drive efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational knowledge of transaction processing (ACH, checks, payments, and a proven ability to analyze workflows, automate processes, and deliver measurable improvements.

Primary responsibilities include

Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities across Transaction Processing
