Overview


Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, theContinuing Care Coordinatorwill provide rehabilitation services to patients as a part of their overall treatment. TheContinuing Care Coordinatorwill work on aFull-Timebasis with ourMeadows CCBHCOpen Access Program.
The schedule will beMonday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for aSign-On Incentiveup to$1,500!
Pay Rate:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
