Continious Improvement Agent - PSS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate process improvement and problem-solving projects, using Lean Six Sigma, FMEA and DMAIC to identify waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and optimize processes.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
• Develop strategies and solutions with organizational stakeholders to increase knowledge around performance management, delivering value to customers and eliminating waste.
