You will be a key member of the Contentious Trust & Probate team, working across a broad and stimulating caseload that spans the full spectrum of trust and estate disputes. This includes:

Challenges to the validity of wills.
Construction and rectification claims.
Court of Protection disputes.
Executor and trustee disputes.
Proprietary estoppel claims.
