We’re on the hunt for an experienced and ambitious Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a successful legal firm in Kent.

Managing your own caseload, you will build strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of client care whilst advising and supporting clients throughout their probate matters (both contentious and non‑contentious).

Joining a firm of highly qualified solicitors, you will be office‑based Monday to Friday, working 9am–5pm, so this is an ideal role if you are looking to leave the London rat‑race or seeking a new position closer to home.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with 5‑7 years’ PQE who is keen to build a thriving desk and genuinely reap the rewards of their work, with an opportunity to build and shape the department and progress to management.
