The Big Phone Store is looking for a strong in-house writer to join our team full-time in Wolverhampton.

We need someone who can take a brief, understand the goal, learn our terminology quickly, and produce clear, accurate, well-structured content across different parts of the business.

This role is not limited to e-commerce.

You Could Be Writing

• Website content
• Articles
• Sales materials
• Email copy
• Customer-facing messaging
• Internal communications
• Supplier/corporate content

The key requirement is simple: you must be able to write properly.

We are looking for someone with an excellent grasp of written English who takes pride in quality and can produce work that makes sense, reads well, and is ready to use.
