Content Strategy Manager

MDG is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Content Strategy Manager to join the team. Currently, we follow a hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office work Tuesday through Thursday at our Boca Raton, Florida location. Our scheduled working hours are 9am-6pm on all work days. We are looking for a Content Strategy Manager with 3-5 years of experience to build and operate a high-performance content engine for MDG and its clients, own the voice and narrative of the MDG brand, and drive measurable results across social media, web, audio, and video channels. This role requires a blend of creative instinct and strategic thinking across content formats and platforms.
