Content Moderator

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies regarding acceptable content, identifying and removing content that violates these standards (e.g., harmful, offensive, or illegal content).
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while moderating content, ensuring quick and efficient responses.
• Report any issues or trends related to content violations and assist in resolving complex cases.
• Keep accurate records of moderation actions and maintain documentation on handled cases

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder
• Good proficiency in English is a must
• Strong written communication in Javanese
• Capable of withstanding potentially sensitive contents
