Content Marketing Manager

The Role

We are hiring a Content Marketing Manager to build Maxima’s content function from zero and scale it into a durable growth engine. This is a hands‑on, builder‑operator role. You will set the strategy, do the writing, build the system behind it, and measure what matters. We are looking for someone who can combine editorial judgment, SEO depth, AI‑native execution, and strong operator instincts.

What you'll do

• Own Maxima’s content engine across formats and channels: long‑form blog posts, thought leadership articles, ebooks, whitepapers, SEO guides, landing pages, newsletters.

• Build SEO strategy end to end, including site architecture, crawlability, schema, internal linking, keyword research, long‑tail ranking, backlink acquisition, and LLM‑friendly formatting.

• Monitor and improve Maxima’s visibility across AI answer engines including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
