Content Creation & Filming
. Visit renovation sites to capture progress, before/after, and behind-the-scenes
. Film short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
Editing & Posting
. Edit videos using simple tools (CapCut or similar)
. Post IG Stories daily (2-3 per day)
. Publish 4-6 short-form videos weekly
. Upload and organise content into shared folders
Content & Platform Management
. Post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
. Respond to comments/messages and route enquiries when needed
. Work with designers and the project team to capture key content
Website & Content Support
. Assist in updating website content (project uploads, basic blog updates)
. Update & upload the latest project photo to platform
