Content manager

· Role Overview: The Content Manager will own content strategy, copywriting and editorial quality across BE and Mother Diary. The role requires strong writing ability, content planning, consumer understanding and the ability to balance warmth, trust and clarity.
· Key Responsibilities:
o Own content strategy across app, website, blogs, newsletters, product pages, campaigns, CRM and Mother Diary
o Build content pillars around trust, product education, clean formulations, motherhood support, expert guidance, gifting and everyday care routines
o Write and review website copy, app content, product descriptions, blogs, newsletters, push notifications, Whats App copy and social captions
o Create Mother Diary content including prompts, expert Q&As, postpartum support, baby care guides, checklists and community stories
o Ensure content follows BE voice: warm, crisp, expert-backed, reassuring, modern and never preachy
o Translate product benefits into consumer-friendly lang...
