Content Management Training Specialist

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately through September 2026.

The Training Specialist 3’s primary duties include developing, updating, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining eLearning content for the Agency Learning Management System (LMS). Also includes uploading and testing of online courses for performance/functionality, and Section 508 ADA compliance.

This is a remote position/ Candidates must reside in a state where COLSA currently conducts business or is authorized to employ staff.

Responsibilities and Duties:


+ Use industry standard eLearning authoring tools, to support NASA customers in the conversion and upload of existing training courses into new, online courses that meet Section 508 requirements, Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and/or Aviation Industry Computer Based Training Committee (AICC) conformance as well as any new emerging online course protocols.
