Content Library Developer

About the Role

GHD is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Library Developer to join our Winning Work team and lead content curation, structured documentation, and knowledge asset management. This role is vital in maintaining and expanding our internal content library, which supports proposal teams across the Americas and the Enterprise with verified, high-quality, technically accurate responses to RFPs.

You’ll manage the boilerplate Q&A repository, coordinate with subject matter experts, and develop clear, consistent documentation for project and CV content using tools like Salesforce, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and SharePoint. If you’re passionate about technical writing, content quality, knowledge management, and enabling teams with smart tools, we’d love to hear from you.

This position is open to any office in the United States and Canada.
