ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and write engaging digital content for blogs, website pages, email campaigns, social media, digital ads and customer education materials Write professional communication documents such as press releases, formal notices, emails, etc. Proofread digital and hard copy documents/articles/presentations for accuracy and consistency.
