This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$32-34/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Cut, patch, fabricate, and weld on drop box containers
+ Replace skids, locking mechanisms, and drop hooks
+ Repair container flooring and structural components
+ Perform heavy-duty metal work in a shop or yard environment

**Requirements**

+ Must be skilled with cutting torch and flux core welding
+ Experience with container repair, heavy equipment, or similar metal fabrication work preferred
