Oversee the Housekeeping Contract Managers in Cape Town, managing a large group of hotels and nine additional hotels. Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas in a hospitality setting, ensuring exceptional service standards and maintaining the property’s overall appearance and presentation.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a housekeeping team of over 100 staff, providing support, training, and guidance to ensure quality standards are met. Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality controls.
