Program & Project Leadership
Act as primary point of contact for all research aspects within assigned programs and projects.
Align with key stakeholders (such as Program Managers, Marketing, IPLs, and Consumer Research (CR) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Own and define what “good UX” looks like for the category and ensure it is embedded in program goals and deliverables.
Shape and maintain the CR research program, contributing to project one-pagers and scope definitions.
Translate scope into actionable research logic and development plans.
Approve deliverables in PPIM/Windchill and secure milestone readiness.
Manage team resource planning (QV, Clarity) for balanced project coverage.
