Consumables Technical Support Analyst

As a Liner Support Team Member in SAMER, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality 3D scan processing and wear analysis that directly improves customer productivity and liner performance. Working closely with regional colleagues and Global & Central Engineering, you will transform field data into valuable insights, enabling data‑driven decisions and sustainable service solutions across crushing operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans at mine sites.
• Review and assure the quality of incoming 3D scans.
• Process scan data to support standard and advanced wear reports.
• Improve field data quality for wear analysis and reporting.
• Support wear report governance and turnaround targets.
• Collaborate with Global & Central Engineering on standardization initiatives.
• Support business opportunities with wear analysis and technical validation.
