We’re seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior OSM Development Consultant to join our telecoms team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and configuring order orchestration flows and related components within Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM). You will play a key role in integrating solutions across OSS/BSS systems, ensuring compliance with business needs, technical standards, and best practices in OSS architecture.

• Design, configure, and maintain order orchestration models in Oracle OSM (versions 7.4/7.5).

• Create and maintain Order Recognition Rules, Order Lifecycle Policies, Task Automation, and Process Flows .

• Integrate OSM with other OSS/BSS systems (BRM, Siebel, UIM, Inventory, Service Activation) using native APIs and TMF Open APIs .
