Job Summary
As a Consulting Technical Manager, you will lead and deliver development, implementation, or managed service projects for Oracle FLEXCUBE and other core banking solutions. You will guide a small team or operate individually on complex assignments, collaborating with clients and Oracle teams to advance successful adoption of cutting-edge banking technologies. This is a hands-on leadership role offering direct client interaction, technical solutioning, and on-time project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
10–16 years’ total experience, with at least 8 years in key technical and leadership roles in banking technology (FLEXCUBE/Core Banking).
Significant experience designing, developing, implementing, or supporting core banking applications, particularly Oracle FLEXCUBE.
