Essential Job Functions

GENERAL
•Interprets, supports and models behaviors consistentwith the mission and philosophy of Billings Clinic and department/service.
Responsible for promotion of, and adherence to, the elements of Billings
Clinic’s Code of Business Conduct and corporate compliance program.
•Laboratory Director Responsibilities
•Presents summary findings on annual basis to
CEO/facility leadership.
•Review and approve laboratory policies and procedures
•Attends on site accreditation survey/inspection.
•Approves instrumentation requests and changes to
methodology.
Laboratory Technical Supervisor / Consultant
Responsibilities
•Works to maintain and strengthen existing relationships.
•Responsible to evaluate day-to-day operational/technical
activities of lab management to accomplish the goals and objectives as defined
for laboratory services.
