Seasons Care is hiring a Consulting Dietitian dedicated to enhancing the nutritional health of Seniors in Long-Term Care. Deliver compassionate and effective dietary strategies in a supportive team environment.
This role focuses on identifying nutritional needs and implementing individualized care plans to maximize Residents' overall well-being. As a Registered Dietitian, you will ensure compliance with regulations while actively participating in quality improvement initiatives. Your collaborative approach will facilitate better dining experiences and educational support for Residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular nutritional assessments and RAI evaluations
• Liaise with families and the health care team
• Develop and modify nutrition care plans for Residents
• Observe and assist with swallowing assessments as needed
• Review and customize seasonal menu offerings
