Job Description

Locum People are seeking a Consultant Rheumatology to work in Lancashire long term.

The Rheumatology department within an established hospital in Lancashire are on the search for a Locum Consultant Rheumatology for a period of 3-6 months initially with a view to extend.


Job Description

  • 40+ hours per week

  • 10 PA per week

  • On-call TBC

  • 3x 4 hour clinics per week

  • 12 follow up patients per clinic

  • 20 minutes per slot

  • Combination of F2F and Telephone appointments

  • 3x 4 hour session admin time

  • Eg. Mon AM Clinic – Mon PM Admin.

    • Full Job plan available on request.


    Client requirements

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Fully GMC Registered

  • 2 referee contact details who we can contact to obtain a reference.
