Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Governance Practices and Transformation, the Consultant, Regulatory Programs supports the delivery and ongoing management of regulatory oversight programs and business governance initiatives within Retail Advice & Solutions (RA&S). This role focuses on the day‑to‑day execution of established programs, operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across the Governance Practices and Transformation team.

What will you do?

Program Management & Execution

• Execute and manage run programs within the BG&C oversight function to ensure consistent and effective delivery
• Maintain program documentation, schedules, and tracking mechanisms
• Monitor program performance against established metrics and timelines
• Support the implementation of compliance and regulatory initiatives across RA&S
