Consultant - Interventional Cardiology

Responsibilities

• Perform professional duties of an internist in adherence to the Delineation of Privileges, based on individual efficiency and skills.
• Conduct assessment and re‑assessment of all patients in the OPD on admission and prior to any procedure.
• Carry out duties in the Cardiology outpatient clinic, evaluating patients with cardiovascular disease.
• Provide care to in‑patients admitted under your/her care.
• Provide on‑call emergency coverage for cardiology emergencies.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding patient information and administrative matters of a confidential nature.
• Demonstrate dependability in carrying out commitments and obligations of the position.
• Show ability to listen to others, promoting effective communication.
• Develop a thorough understanding of hospital policies and procedures, and demonstrate respect for them.
