What You Will Do

Manage the lifecycle of issues and incidents using Jira, resolve technical challenges through troubleshooting bridges, and recommend infrastructure solutions that align with established standards. Create and support test environment deployments using ServiceNow, coordinate business‑as‑usual activities, and oversee migrations from on‑premises to cloud.
