Consultant III, Qualtrics Patient Survey Data and Reporting

Overview: The Consultant III is part of the analysis and reporting team in Regional SCPMG and responsible for ensuring compliance with the annual member experience and other survey-related regulatory requirements. This role involves sampling and fielding surveys using survey platforms (such as Qualtrics or Press Ganey), analyzing and interpreting survey data (such as descriptives and t-tests), connecting findings to operations and generating reports for committee and stakeholder review, and fulfilling other related tasks that support performance monitoring and improvement.
The Consultant III also supports the team-s Power BI dashboard and other data analytic requests. Success depends on strong attention to detail and communication skills (written and oral), experience with assessing data integrity, and taking proactive initiatives towards the team and organization-s shared goals.
