Consultant Geriatrician

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Consultant in Elderly Medicine to join our dedicated team at Chorley and South Ribble Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality, patient‑centred care for older adults across acute and community settings. You will play a key role in shaping services for frailty, complex care, and chronic conditions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and enhance quality of life.

The successful candidate will be GMC registered with specialist accreditation in Geriatric Medicine and demonstrate strong clinical leadership, innovation, and a passion for elderly care.
