 / Your Impact will be Develop and maintain robust and accurate end-to-end knowledge of processes and applicable procedures
Assist in the monitoring of project-related issues or escalations and build response strategies and actions to address issues
Facilitate the requirements gathering of customer workflows to complete the system designs
Utilize core knowledge to perform analysis of client workflow and processes. Generate recommendations to optimize usage and integration of various third-party software. Present recommendations to client and work with client to agreement on an implementation plan
