About the role

This role provides advanced clinical assessment and treatment for children and young people up to 18 years with mental health, alcohol and other drug, and behavioural disorders, including those under the Mental Health Act (2016). It also involves supporting rural communities and the Child and Adolescent Court Liaison Forensic Mental Health Service, supervising junior staff and students, contributing to clinical governance, and participating in an after-hours on-call roster providing care across all age groups.
