The role focuses on building and scaling Bhumi’s college club ecosystem to drive a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among youth while owning one specific outcome within it: turning club volunteers and college relationships into a strong, consistent Fellowship pipeline. Success looks like a predictable, trackable funnel from club engagement to Fellowship hire, with clear visibility at every stage — from the first conversation to the application.
About the Program:
Bhumi is building one of India’s largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities.
