Consultant – Acoustics

We are seeking a desk‑ and site‑based Acoustic Consultant to support project operations across the wider Amentum business. This role can be based in Harwell, Rotherham, Cumbria or Birchwood.

Responsibilities

• Noise & vibration measurements: Undertake site‑based noise and vibration measurements for environmental noise monitoring, construction, transport, and building acoustics.
• Acoustic reports & tools: Develop and review desk‑based acoustic reports using software such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, and Odeon. Assist in producing high‑quality documents detailing acoustic assessments suitable for clients and regulators.
